cannot Play the R3E from indonesia

    Hi
    it's been quite long I cannot play the Race room, with the error 503 that says portal services is unavailable.
    I am trying with other ISP but it still the same. but when I use VPN it works fine.
    pls sector3 studio developer resolve this issue

    Hello @aviev akhmad - Can you try pinging game.raceroom.com ?

    1. In the Windows menu, type "cmd" and press enter
    2. In the window that opened, type "ping game.raceroom.com" and press enter
    3. Show us a screenshot of what happens
    Should be something like this:

    Hi,

    the ping result is ok

    but when I run the game, it took long time in the opening screen. after quite long waiting then the error 503 is pop up.
    I've tried following action
    1. Change the ISP --> not working
    2. reinstall the game --> not working
    3. play the game on other PC --> not working
    4. use VPN in windows --> working.
    kindly pls help on this issue. I love this game so much..

    Could it be the game is somehow blocked in windows firewall?
    Are you running the game in 32bit or 64bit mode?
