Can't See Sparks or Smoke

Thanks for the info. I just remember reading about the most recent AMD drivers causing frame rate issues. That's why I just left it alone. My FPS is already not that great.

 

Can only say that from my subjective perspective, having struggled with fps drops/microstutters over the past year or so, with the latest game updates and running newer AMD drivers (21.4.1) fps seems more stable again for me.
Especially when turning, I don't get any more microstutters.

No idea if it's sth we did or on AMDs end, but I'd suspect the latter.
So imo newer drivers are worth a shot.
No guarantees tho.

 

Now on AMD 21.6.1. Can confirm sparks with AA turned on now.

FPS is shite. With the lowest graphics settings, the best I can do is 75 FPS. Before the last 2 updates I was 90-100 FPS at most tracks with settings at slightly better than medium.

 

Try 21.5.2 and don't forget to use DDU

Tried with and without MSAA and still no sparks on 21.5.2 drivers.

Because you are driving in cockpit and the mirrors don't show particles.
If you drive in chase cam you will surely see your own sparks.
