Change username

Hello good afternoon. I would like to change the username in the game. The nickname is easy to change. I mean the username. In the profile settings it won't let me change it. What do I have to do, change that name on Steam? or delete the account? If I delete it, can I start with a different name? Will I still have purchased content? I don't mind losing seniority. I just want to change my username. Thank you.

Disclaimer - When new posts are posted the position will change so my dig will have less relevance, but the sticky will still be in the same place Unless RR staff are still playing their games!!!!

 

That stickied thread is only about forum usernames, not ingame usernames.

 

Yep, realised that after i posted it but was too late in the evening to be bothered to change it
