I mostly like to drive with wheel and hands displayed in the screen, because sometimes I capture my races and upload them in youtube. I have just a problem with McLaren 650 (the only GT3 car I own), the wheel and especially the hands are terrible big there. When I turn the wheel 90 degree, the driver's hand fills a significant amount of the windscreen area. Isn't that little bit exaggerate?

You have your camera clipping the wheel (you can see the wheel going through your hands), so you're too close to the wheel actually. To correct this assign buttons to adjust seat height and fore. That way you'll be able to set a bigger distance between you and the wheel.
