I also have a friend who has had the same fall problem, in addition to meeting other colleagues who also reported the problem. Even on the Brazilian server, where the ping is low, the same problem of falls has happened. So I decided to do a test using a VPN, and I simply had no more problems with server crashes, even when I participate in servers in Asia or Oceania where the ping is absolutely high. The problem is that I don't want to have to use VPN, besides that it will cost me. Has anyone else had falls or seen reports of it?
