I see some people racing with custom skins that are not in the store catalogs. I hear that there are people ho race in RaceRoom championships that have its own skins, allowed to race with in ranked races. So is technically posible to do this. There are any plans to allow this for the public ?
If I recall correctly, for a livery to work, it has to be encrypted and added to the game files by the devs. What you see are more like liveries with limited access, they aren't these usual "custom" liveries added by players like you see in other games.
