Problem Dead or blocked Menu

    Hello everybody, I have the problem that I have a blocked or dead menu every time I restart the game.
    do not get the game to work anymore. I've already deleted the entire SimBin folder under my documents. I do not know how to continue.

    Please verify the games cache in steam.

    In steam, right click on the game and select 'properties'. In the window that appears, go to the 'local files' tab, and then select to verify the integrity of the game cache.

    Steam will check to make sure you have all the correct files for the game and that none are corrupt. If any are missing/corrupt, Steam will download the correct file. It should take about 5 minutes to complete.

    If that doesnt help, please report back.
