Resolved Driver ID? Raceroomers

I'm very keen to register myself for Raceroomers but it's unclear where to find driver/raceroom ID, After being told that it is actually your raceroom URL, I think I have found it, the problem is that the tab to insert my ID at the update profile screen is dull, like deactivated, un highlighted!
Not sure how I can input the Raceroom Number ID and not sure if I even have the correct number!
I have filled in all other tabs.
Can someone help me please?

If you go to Raceroomers FAQ there is an illustrated step through, you just copy and paste your RR id into the id box in your Raceroomers Profile page!

 

So I just copy the the RR ID? That is the number I'm asking location for!

And then I paste into the tab? Which I have said is disabled! Lol

I'm sorry but I need answers not further referrals to things I can't find, but I appreciate your time.

As an example of how annoying this is getting, there is no raceroomers FAQ in raceroomers site, here on RRE forum, or Google!

 

So ok. Go to your Raceroom profile. The URL is like game.raceroom.com/users/YOURUSERNAME

Copy YOURUSERNAME and paste it to the "Raceroom User" Box in your Raceroomers profile.

To do so, do the following:
Log in to raceroomers, go to your profile (press your name in the upper right corner, then press "Profile").
Now in your profile you click "Update profile". Scroll down and on the right side of the page you see it.

don't forget to confirm with your password. (edit: and to confirm with your password, don't forget to confirm the password itself :-D )

come on, it's not that hard to figure this out. The boxes are clearly labeled.

If you mean type game.raceroom.com/users/Vinny Roberts in Google it just brings up the website and install screen!
Do you mean in portal?
What raceroom profile?
I can find an ID similar to your example which I found in properties!, but it won't let me paste into the ID box on the right

The user name is easy, it's the box to the right of that box, raceroom Number ID, how do I get the number in the box, copy and paste doesn't work and you connot type either lol

Not to sound rude but I'm not missing anything obvious and I'm no idiot lol, it is a fact that the box is dark, therefore I cannot type and no one has told me where literally to go and copy it from.

you just have to do what I wrote and that's it!

Just enter your Raceroom username.

Go to http://game.raceroom.com/ log into your account. Then the address bar of your browser shows the URL. and http://game.raceroom.com/users/sbtm1337 is mine so sbtm1337 is my Raceroom Username.

Type or paste YOUR Username into the dedicated box in your Raceroomers Profile Page. Confirm with your password, and that's it. Nothing more! Just do it already.

 

Ok listen there is 2 boxes in question here, the 1st box is raceroom user, which surely should be vinny roberts as I am in game, the 2nd box to the right is rr no ID box, this is empty and cant be filled, so where do I put URL?

So as I have said, the box on the right (raceroom Number ID) is dark and cannot be typed or pasted into!
I have done what you said by pasting my URL into the user name tab, leaving the RR no ID box blank!
Your screenshot has a code in the right side box! This is my problem.

I'm a racer not a gamer so I've never met Url I'm sorry lmao

People are telling me they didn't need a code, my tab is blank!

 

you need your raceroom username, not the name that appears when you are racing!

So just simply follow the friggin steps I told you or go to the raceroomers help page and click account config and there is the exact same walkthrough. Leave all boxes empty.. they are greyed out.. you cannot write into them. Only your raceroom user name, and you have to find yours out by going to your raceroom account as I told you.

1. http://game.raceroom.com <<< CLICK and LOGIN
2. Look in the address bar of your browser there is an internet address (or just call it U R L)
3. what do you see? I see http://game.raceroom/users/sbtm1337
4. According to my logic sbtm1337 is MY username in Raceroom.
5. So now you hopefully have figured out your Raceroom USERNAME (not ingame name, not ID or whatever)
6. Go to your raceroomers profile page and enter this USERNAME in the middle one of the three boxes. Leave the others empty.
7. type in your password in the boxes below the three smaller ones.
8. confirm your password in the right one of the two boxes. (and don't forget to click the save button)
9. voila...

For the record the help / account route I tried to begin with doesn't work, none of the tabs are selectable on my screen, they are just text, that's why I had to ask for help.
