Problem Drop FPS in Spa-Francorchamps. (Solved)

Do you also have FPS drops on the Spa-Francorchamps track?
I try to drive the cupra league but because of the FPS drops it's impossible.
In other track i have minimum 120 FPS. On SPA 30-60.
Someone find a solution?

Probably not quite as severe as your drop but spa definitely is one of if not the lowest fps track for me as well

 

I have drop fps only in 64-bit version of Raceroom. In 32-bit, game working normal
