Resolved DTM 2015 Black screen

    I tried to load DTM 2015 in practice and in an existing championship. The screen goes black and the game freezes. I can still see and move the mouse pointer. And the fps thing in the corner changes between 13 and 14. otherwise nothing. I haven't tried anything else. Kinda busy and don't have time to fiddle with it.

    Ok, so I've tried deleting my championship and starting a new one. I've tried going in in practice mode and single race mode in the experience mode. And still get the black screen. Task manager says the game is still responding but nothing is happening. I can use the dtm 2015 cars in single race and user created championships in the raceroom basic screen. It's just the dtm 2015 experience that is locking up. Any suggestion other than delete all local content and reinstall?

    Could you send me a game log and MWTransport log from one of these sessions please?

    Sorry to be a bother, I looked in the user documents directory and in the game directory.
    Where do I find those logs?

    The files should be in the following folder: Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log

    Ok it's back. I tried deleting all content, and re-installing in steam and no change.
    I will send a set of logs to the help desk.

    Try to delete cache files from here,
    C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\BrowserData

    That helped me before.

    I have the same problem with the DTM2015.
    Unfortunately deleting the BrowserData cache files did not help for me.: (

    You should send a game log and MWTransport log from one of these sessions to the help desk.

    Ok I'v sent the Log now but later read somewhere to uninstall GeForce Experience, so I did that and rebooted, then I and was able to get past the black screen.
    I think it might be fixed anyway.
