    I was getting ready to post the same issue. They do use it every once in a while but it's rare. The first two rounds at Hockenheim I saw a few of them use it but I didn't see any of the AI use DRS at Eurospeedway in the third/fourth rounds of the season. Also, when they do use it I'm not sure they gain an advantage from it.
