Bug DTM change fuel

Hi,

DTM change fuel amount doesn't work. Is is bug or it is as is?

It's as intended, you can't refuel in DTM races.

 

I mean before race, of corse.

 

Which DTM class are you referring to? We have 5.

What specific car?

Is this a single player race session, MP race session... practice, qualy, leaderboards, etc.

DTM 2016 BMW Marco Wittmann. race setup, championship.

 

Hmm, no problems here adding changing the amount of fuel in the car setup in practice, in qualy, before a race... and even refueling during a race.

 

Obvoiusly I have bug problem 'cause it doesn't works.

 

Which difficulty are you using, Amateur or Get Real?

 

Get real. Yes I know everything about it and it doesn't works. I'm not first time on r3e.

 

Is the fuel setting grayed out in the car setup menu?

i had same problem
racing in MP in DTM Merc 2016 and coming to pit for fuel but no fuel added...
i thought maybe i somehow toggle the fuel selector in the pit menu, so i came in to pit in the next lap with almost no fuel
but again no refuel and then the car shutdown as no fuel left
race was in GetReal mode of-course

 

Were you using a DTM rules preset?

I believe refueling is not allowed if you use a DTM rules preset because refueling is banned in the real world for DTM cars.

You need to properly select the correct amount of fuel you will need for the entire race.

 

it was in MP server.
is this DTM rules indicated in the server info pane ?

 

Hmm, I am not sure. I dont ever setup servers.

I would have to ask someone else that does when they are available.
