Bug Error 17992

I try to open he game and it gives me "error 17992 can't connect", while I'm connected to internet, so it can't be a connection problem, someone knows how to help?

"17992: invalid SSL certificate. Seems to occur sometimes for Chinese users, where https traffic is intercepted by the government.
I found a solution for those who use ESET NOD32 as antivirus.
1. Advanced Setup
2. Web and email
- Protocol filterin
- Excluded applications
And just check the RacingRoom box
