Resolved Error 2102

    Hello.

    I recently convinced a friend to give R3E a go. He downloaded and installed the game, registered in R3E (received confirmation e-mail and everything) but he hasn't been able to launch the game at all, not once.
    Every time he tries appears the infamous log in screen with Error 2102 "usuario no activado" (user not activated). As always, he tries to log in from there but never works.

    I wish this could be solved somehow, I'd hate this guy gets disappointed on RaceRoom without even try it just because of a log in issue.

    I'm posting this cause he does not speak english.

    I'd appreciate any help.

    What happens if you try to login to the website instead of the game ?

    It definitely has to do with registration not being picked up on sector 3.
    Someone else reported this on Steam forum a long long time ago.

    That's just what I'm planning to ask him later, cause I don't know. (he's not in the forum) ;)

    Finally, we had to go through the whole activation process again and now it seems ok.
    Now we're dealing with the usual "first purchase" issues. ;)
