If i try to login on the site i connect my Steam account, it loads for a while and then i get the "Error 500". Well no problem i just try it through the game. Well that doesn't work because i can't even login and play the game because i get a "2104" error. It's been doing this for 2 days now, all the time not only durring certain times. I verified my game cache, cleared the BrowserData/Cache folder, nothing works. I really have no idea what to do now.
Did you make sure there's no firewall or av software blocking the connection to the servers? Which ISP are you using?
Can't hurt to try and add RR to the respective whitelists. A1 is Telekom Austria, right? Was asking because German Vodafone and Kabel Deutschland had a huge outage yesterday, preventing people from connecting to RR servers and they still haven't fixed it completely. I'm not sure if they might be affiliated with A1 and the problems might be due to that...
A1 is Telekom Austria, that is correct. I have no idea if the affiliated in any way. I added RR to my firewall whitelist and started the game without my anitvirus on, still the same problem. It's weird since i never had a problem to login on site with my Steam account either. This is something new for me. Maybe the problem is within my steam account.
Sorry, on the RR site. If i try to login with my Steam account i get the "500 Error". I can login on Steam via the browser without any problem, works just fine.
Hmm, 2104 is a login processing error...that could be caused by a multitude of things. Did you have several accounts in RR, and are you sure the right one was connected to your steam account before they merged the login process? Best thing I can recommend is probably opening a ticket at the helpdesk http://support.raceroomracingexperience.com/ Describe the errors there and also give your username(s) and e-mail address(es) so they can check whether there might be sth wrong with the account linking.

Hi Penta, Do you have some special characters in your Steam name by any chance? We are noticing some encoding issues that might lead to an error if your Steam profile name has certain special characters.
