Hey all, we are looking for Admins!

The JustRace Admin Team is looking for new Admins! We are looking for more admins that can help making the JR community grow!

Justrace.net is an awesome platform which brings people together to have great and fun races!

JustRace's ranking system is more than just points. Our ranking engine is used to promote good racing, enhance drivers abilities, and helps improving driving skills.

Our system is developed with fair and competitive racing in mind. No more wreckers. No more empty servers. Simply choose your favourite sim, track and car and get racing.

If you think you are the right person for this and you fulfill the requirements you should apply as Admin now!

We from JR are always on the look out for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our admin team. Whether you're a newcomer or long time simracer you can help out and make a difference in our simracing community.

The work you can do as JR admin varies depending on how much time you have and where your interests and skills lie.

The basic core tasks that an Admin in the JR community does include:

Making things happen for JR - Whether running series, championship or special events, you are directly involved in making things happen.

Supporting users - We do our best to make the site as easy to use as possible but it is by no means perfect and even our oldest users sometimes need a helping hand. Above all your duty is to help users as much as you can and assist them.

Solving protests - In a racing environment there will always be problems between users that need solving by a fair and unbias individual. This is one of the most difficult tasks an admin does on a daily basis but can also be one of the most satisfying when all sides agree on the outcome.

    What are the requirements?

At least 18 years of age

A good knowledge of the English language

A good knowledge of the current racing sim and the scene

A sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility

No bad history (too much offense, missing media, etc.)

Neutrality and objectivity in decision making

Understanding the nature of conflicts and being able to resolve them

Capability of working in a dynamic and friendly team

If you're interested in any of these positions, please join our discord here!

We are looking for dedicated people only, so please put some thought and effort on this. Thanks!
