Was the server in quali maybe? The latest patch introduced an option that blocks people from joining after the practice session has ended, maybe that was/is enabled on some servers? Don't know for sure tho...
I think I was trying to enter the same race as you, along with several other races. Like Christian said, it's the locked in quali feature.
Yes it was in qualification. If that is the case the line should be markt with red color as a on going race.
I already posted on patch topic, but feel necessary to also post here my dissatisfaction. R3E doesn't need an option to reduce the amount of players on MP games, it's already low enough.
Agreed. I usually only join races that are already in qualification phase to save time, often with just a few minutes left. Really hope this feature does not become commonplace.
I believe none of our servers will have that. They were set to not allow join in quali by accident. It should be flipped now.
