Feature: Buy all remaining content

    It would be nice to have a feature in the store where we could buy all remaining content. It's easy to get all the cars and tracks but very tedious to purchase all the liveries.

    It would be nice if they were to add a nice discount for doing the all in slam too.

    It would be nice if we get some sort of discount based on percentage of total content owned.
