Formel E - Any chance to have this in R3E ?

Well im personally not so into Formel E but i think that would be nice for RaceRoom. Would you people think ?
Daniel Abt would be maybe a good Test Driver for you

@Sector3: Would that be possible with the current game ?

Sound is an essential share for immersion. I'd never drive a car in a sim with odd sounds.
I'm also not interested in watching this series irl.

We have a lot of single seater formula cars as of now and no one uses them. I don't think we need more content to further divide the community and the ones playing.

But give it a few years and FE will be big. Both interesting and very sad at the same moment...

Can't believe that the main reason for you all to say NO is just the sound. I can understand that because i also like good motorsounds. For me its more about the whole series and the technical background it has.

Whatever...looks like its a NO at the moment

Technical background, baah, i want a car i have to drive through the gears with the ability to hear what is or isnt going on, or at least my take on what is going on, rightly or wrongly.
Technical background wont make it sound better or anymore tricky to drive nor more interesting because i know a little history of a car and its technicalities, its point and squirt pretty much and not a lot else.
Go and drive a gt3 car with all car sounds off apart from road noise and suspension squeaks. No thanks.

I think the racing in FE is great, but the sound is just a massive let down.

 

It's not just E Racing......


sometimes it's nice to turn the volume down.

 

I would advise to come up to date with the content that is included now, before starting new one.

In a few years, yeah probably. Not yet though, we just got manual pit stops, we have a long way to go till cars swaps.
