Problem Formula JR

i cant seem to now get this car in gear, no matter what options i pick, all other car i tried so far works no prob. with the same options for shifting ie: Paddles

 

Nevermind... turned out that even though windows controller and in games was all showing as working and OK it really wasnt

 

Hi, hope so far this is the right thread...Shifting doesn´t work very well, gearbox ist set to manually,
it is not possible to switch well or to catch the right time to switch. Looks like manual switching is disabled after a certain speed. Has anyone else the problem and what can you do against it?

Maybe you're trying to downshift at high rev and the gearbox protection prevents you to do it?

Yessss, it seems, that there is a very small window for shifting, something between to low and to high RPM...
The cars are funny, but shifting isn´t...
