I'm on a simXperience Stage IV, which is using its own software. Not sure what frex is using. Maybe http://www.x-sim.de/
Frex was also using its own software, but they dont update or support it anymore. I was hoping that maybe someone found a solution or workaround to get it working with RRE. I've contacted Frex and it appears that they are selling another controller box which makes it possible to plug the actuators directly into 2 usb ports so you can use x-sim or xsimulator software.
Hello there, since the patch i cant use my motion rig anymore and as for frex, there is no support anymore, i cant do that myself so i have been asking for someone to do it for me but so far nothing happens. my software is "E69 Motion Logykal" 2 SCN6 150 with each a converter, all connected in USB to the comp. could someone help please? Silvano
I'm not sure what kind of help you need but there is some more information about the Logykal software at the Xsimulator forum: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/logykal-net-free-motion-software.4460/
@Robert What i need is an update on the actuators software but seems very difficult to join someone at Logykal, i am still trying tho. @Andy Blade yes i am trying to get contact, but nothing so far.
Seems in Xsimulator forum all post are from 2011 and yes the pic on the first post is my software or was because since 2 years they made Lince 1.4 wich i brought and misteriously the version number never changed. i will have to phone in spain to know more. All this is extremely ennoying to say the least, if Sector3 didnt change the shared memory API, i would be driving quietly in my M4 DTM instead of doing research everyday to find a solution. Just for info, i brought nearly all content of R3E so if i cant play with motion anymore...
As said 3rd party software been used on a game , now if sector 3 made software for your motion rig yeah i be pissed
