Friend notification in multiplayer screen (idea for next patches)

Hello, in multiplayer screen we can see with a mark when a vip driver is in. Is it possible to do the same for our friends?

invite friends for a race would be great.
What about a multiplayer lobby chat,is there a plan for this?

 

How do you get friends...lol.. where is this feature. Can you add people you've ecently raced with or from the forums ?

 

Yeah that friend thing is a mess in r3e right now. Actually you need to remember the name and search it at the game.racroom portal, then, so god will, the other one accept your request and then, so god will, you`re friends and then, no im kidding you see it as a star in the MP Browser

 

To add a new Contact / Friend:

1. Open the Portal
2. At the top of the page, enter a racer's name in the Search box
3. Click on one of the search results
4. Click on Send friend request

I'm not sure If they have to accept the friend request or not to appear as a star beside races they are in.
You can hover the star, to see all of your friends in that particular race.

 

Yes, the other person needs to accept your friend request in the portal for them to appear in the MP server browser with a star.
