Problem Game Crash

I reinstalled the game but I have the same issue when I enter a race after the loading screen the game crashes

Could it be that Razer Synapse makes my game crash?

 

Third-party software can indeed cause the game to crash. I'm not sure about Razer Synapse in particular, but it's good practice to disable any unnecessary software when facing a crash. Shutting them down one by one also helps in identifying which one is the culprit.

ok I found the issue when i put my Razer Kraken (headphones) like the main audio device the game crashes but if I put another device everything its ok
i wish if you could fix that

Could you also attach a game.log file from a session in which this crash occurred?
It might contain some extra information on what exactly causes the crash.
