Question Getting the Porsche 934 Turbo RSR off the line...

    I have been really enjoying this marvellous beast over the last few days.

    But for the life of me I cannot work out how to get it off the line in a standing start. I'm losing 5-6 places at the start and some of my starts have been so bad that I've triggered a yellow flag (hazard on track! :D).

    I realise it's a turbo thing but no matter what I try - holding high revs, holding low revs, slowly building revs etc when I drop it into first when the lights go out it just bogs down as the whole field drives by.

    Can anyone who has mastered this car give some hints?

    I'm sure it's me and not a bug but details are:
    Road America; AI=101; factory assists (i.e. none for this car); Racing against AI (37xPorsche 934 Turbo RSRs).

    Shouldn't you just already have it in gear and release the clutch on green?

    Apart from the above suggestion, use the lowest possible first gear ratio and see if that helps.
