    Hello Andi

I'm only back at the computer this evening.

    Then I would take screenshots.

PC is rebuilt with an Asus Prime B450-PLUS AM4 motherboard
    AMD Ryzen 3400G
    16GB DDR4 2666Mhz.
    M2 SSD

and the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 Super OC 6GB

    best regard Tobi

I also have a 1660, but my CPU is ancient.
If you`re suffering from slow framerate you should turn the shadow settings down. Try setting all the shadow settings off and gradually add more until your framerate is less than 60.
The contact shadows use up a lot of GPU power. I have them down to 10 (from 32).
Also, make sure you have the time progression either low or off.
I also can`t run the HUD mod, Otterhud as it cuts 20FPS.

Not sure what the problem is. At 1920 x 1080 you should be able to run everything maxed out.
The only reason my settings are a bit lower is that my monitor`s native resolution is 1440p.

Do you have other games running on that same setup? Just to see if it's maybe your TV set that's causing the lag. Some TVs have a picture mode setting called pc input or similar. That bypasses further picture processing (sharpening, dynamic contrast, motion smothing and stuff) to reduce lag. Just as an idea since your pc should perform pretty well...
