Resolved Help , cant get car set up tp work!

Hi Hope some one can help me , iam using dtm 2015 a
mercedes at hockenheim and cant get the splitter to change from 1 in car set up menue also i noticed that some people car set up page under stabilisator has say 70n/mm when mine shows in 685lbs/in ! any clues please

there is no way to change the frontsplitter
The stabilisator thing hm....maybe put the setup on default?

That was before the big physic update, now we have other setup settings

 

Yep, setup options have been changed to make them closer to reality. All the settings that are now locked are fixed in real life as well.

 

oh ok thanks for all your help , not knowing much about car set up is their any guides that could help me understand what changes i am making to the car as my lap time round hockenheim are 136. 230 i seem to be loosing it from stage 3 onwards!

There's a thread where some guys collected useful tutorials/handbooks. It's a bit of a read but once you've got your head round the principles it all makes sense and does indeed make you faster.

just a little hint: dont use default wing settings...wing should be <=10 depending on the track

Is there a way to store the replay's on a USB stick?

You mean to have them saved on that stick directly?
You can't define where the game saves them. You can of course move the files (they are in this folder: C:\Users\abc\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\ReplayData) to a stick but you will have to move them back to watch them. NOTE that I think somebody reported that some meta-data got lost when he moved the files...Not sure if that is still case or happens whenever you do this.

If you go into hud setting and change from Mph to Kph your setup will change to mm's
