    Votre mauvais français est excusé, pourriez-vous être un peu plus précis avec votre problème.

    Et quand avez-vous déménagé en France?

    ive been in france for 16 years ;
    my problem.. i have a csw v1 with bmw rim
    this morning i was testing on a track that i cant tell you about , with a car i cant tell you about ....
    coming into the last turn , i down shifted and nothing !.....

    fanatec profiler says my wheel is there , but no paddles no buttons , no leds

    ive had this before so took the wheel off checked the pins , dismantled it , check the wires to the pins , all good
    checked the base , checked the female connection to the pins in the base , etc

    put it alll back together , flashed it with latest firmware etc which worked so connectivity is happening between wheel and base

    but still no buttons , paddles , ffb , leds

    so if there is some one not to far away from me id like to plug my rim into the csw base to see if its the rim or the base before i start on the what to do issue

    the wheel and base are over 3 years old with many thousands of hours of testing and racing so im not that sad , but if i confirm what the issue is then i can buy what i need

    That would suggest the rim if you ask me.
    I saw a pinout for the wheel\base somewhere for a bt adaptor to use CSW wheels on a dd system im sure you could short the pins to test if the wheel is recognising the inputs. Scrub that wouldnt work looking at the pinouts link if you want it.

    Do you have a multimeter, you could check all the relevant voltages at the hub.
    I know it may be too obvious, have you disconnected or tried a diff USB port?

    And for some obscure reason i thought you were UK based
