Problem Help, my account doesn't show any stats nor favorite cars.

I don't know if my account is advanced somewhat or something, but for some time my stats , favorite cars and tracks dont show up in my profile's page (only ranked stats show up.). Is there a way to fix it or should i somehow contact the admins? Account: Grzegorz Manelski

 

Everyone has the same problem for several months already. Devs say they are looking for a fix.
