R3E has very limited setting options in the garage. AND: Every car has the same range in the settings (slow dampers missing colpletly). This is not very realistic, but makes it for the games much easyer, because you (me) can start with every car at the same level and check the behaviour. I start always the same (just driving GT3). I put put all 4 dampers on 14 and check what the car makes. It depends more on the track as on the fact which car you use. You can adjust the dampers with the chard i posted. This is the most importand thing.breaking bias and springs you can check on the track. soften or harden at your feel and of the bumpines of the track. Its quiet easy to get a good setup in R3E. A couple of rounds are enaugh.
That is a pretty good chart, but there is one mistake. trail braking over-steer should be + in the rear rebound, not - as shown.
