Hi, I think I'm a bit confused and a bit stupid but hopefully someone can enlighten me a little... I have my PC attached to a 60Hz screen but like to run RaceRoom on the Valve Index which has a max refresh of 144Hz. How do I get the game to run at 144Hx on the Index? The only options I get in game are defined by the main screen of 60Hz. Does it just run at 144Hz if I select 144Hz in the Index settings? Thanks for help!
Exactly, the in-game settings should not affect the headset's frequency. Although I would not recommend running RaceRoom in 144 Hz, because the sim won't be able to maintain so high FPS and the Index will halve the framerate to 72 Hz, which is obviously lower than 90 Hz.
