What do you mean "can't run"? There are no servers that allow you to enter? Do you get kicked? The game crashes? Check if there are no filters that would remove some ranked servers from the list. All currently running ranked servers are listed here: https://game.raceroom.com/multiplayer-rating/ If you don't see some of them, check your filters. There should always be some servers that would allow to enter even if you have very low reputation. Currently these are Europe Rookie in NSU and America MX5.
