I sent a Helpdesk ticket yesterday, (I purchased DTM2015 and Euro tracks, one day later I lose DTM and only have Euro tracks?), I haven't received a reply and didn't even get confirmation that my ticket was logged? Should I log it again or is this normal?
yeah - sometimes a reply from the Helpdesk stuck in a junk-mail-filter... so maybe check if something is there. But especially shop and missing content related issues should be answered within 2-3 working-Days
I've only contacted the helpdesk once and they got back to me with a personal response within 24 hours.
Hello there, answered your ticket today. Waiting times can vary a bit since we're a small team and have a bunch of other tasks that need doing. But I do try to check in every other day or so.
