Bug I can not get into the game

Я не могу войти в игру дает мне ошибку

 

I don't know how to read dump files. But we have problem with Steam now in our country. Maybe you can't lung the game for it? (I can use only game library, all other services of Steam is down)
Сейчас у нас проблемы со стимом, может дело в нем ? Я в игру могу зайти, но сам cтим лежит, не могу зайти никуда кроме библиотеки.

That often happens when using a laptop.

You must enter that mentions agruments -cefNoBlacklist and -cefNoGPU in the Launch-Options in Steam.

If you are using a Laptop most of the time -cefNoGPU is enough

A shot in the dark, the way im reading that it sounds like you need to allow steam web helper through your firewall.
Program Files\Steam\bin\steamwebhelper.exe

Sorry if my assumption is way off, just a suggestion.

 

Hey please try adding -cefNoGPU to R3E launch options in Steam.

- In Steam Library right click on RaceRoom Racing Experience and select Properties.
- In General tab select "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."
- type -cefNoGPU (please note it's case sensitive)
- Confirm and launch the game.
