I know there is a help desk section for this kind of problem but unfortunately it's not even working for me. Basically I'm trying to buy a couple of cars but the screen remains like the below when I click on pay.... Tried both in-game and from portal. I have to kill the game from task manager. PS: I tried from the Web Portal and it worked fine
