Question I can't activate the DRS

I drive the DTM on red bull ring spielberg grand prix and i can't use the drs. I don't know if it works at all tracks
No puedo activar el drs e con la dtm en red bull spielberg grand prix. No se si es problema de la pista.

 

Does it show a green DRS Emblem on the screen at the beginning of the lap? If I'm not mistaken, DRS starts on lap 3 of the race.

 

i race on time attack, but no, the drs emblem never has color

 

You can't use DRS on time attack if I'm not mistaken.

 

DRS has rules and they are different among the seasons

 

I know, but i can never activate it. I think perhaps is the circuit.

 

You should be able to activate it during a race. Which DTM is it? (13,14,15)

 

in practice u will have as much drs as u want but in time attack you should have no drs whatsoever. (dtm15)

Hmm I tested all three at Spielberg and DRS is working on my copy. Are you within two seconds of the car ahead of you? Is it lap 3 or greater? Are you in the Experience (DTM15) or in single player?

 

I'm on a competition, maybe drs doesn't work there. And yes, is dtm 15.

 

DRS won't work in a competition. It has to be in practice or race.

 

Is on competition, i know the rules but it isn't a race with other cars.

 

Right, DRS won't work inside the competition. It only works in single race mode, practice mode, or inside the DTM Experience (in race or practice)

drs is meant as a overtake assist this is why u don't get it in competitions. u do get it in practice for that purpose ... to practice.

 

I thought it was both to overtake as to go faster. But you're right, is to overtake that's why it doesn't work.
