I have a problem with buying vRP

 

on 19/09/2021 I bought 5,000 virtual Race Points on raceroomstore. Everything went well, the payment from my account was sent, it was accepted on the raceroomstore website. But no vRPs were added to my profile. I contacted info raceroom then raceroomracingexperience, but so far no response. can someone advise me how to proceed. I bought vRP in the same way in the past and everything always went OK. Thank you all in advance for your help.

 

You get an email with a redeem code, which you must redeem in the store to add the vRP to your account. If you can't find the email, search in your spam folder.

 

You don't get VRP added directly to your account iirc. You should have received an email instead that contains a code to redeem the purchased VRPs. Perhaps that mail ended up in your spam folder?
