Are there any error Messages or does the game just crash? You could do a basic internet test: open up the command console with cmd at the search field or Windows key+R and entering cmd.exe. Enter ping 8.8.8.8 -t (will send data packages to the Google dns Server until you stop it). Leave the window open, start RaceRoom and try to connect to an Server. As soon as you get an error or the game crashes have a look at the ping-window. Any Spikes in answering time or even lost packages?
Okay, i have problems with only freeroam servers idk how to say that. This servers have all dlcs and cars. i bought starter pack and lynk. But thanks for help
