If you are a Thrustmaster user and also use simhub you must DISABLE the Thrustmaster plugin within simhub (its enables control of TM wheel's gain and other settings via keystrokes and to setup game specific profiles).

Find this in the simhub settings menu and plugins tab. I then had to reboot my PC for the game to get back full control of the wheel.

I have found that it causes big problems for Raceroom, specifically not allowing the game to take proper control of the wheel so rotation and such are not set properly. This causes severe problems for the FFB such as a very light wheel with no detail, or just the feel of a centre spring etc.
