Impossible to play ranked

Hi everyone, I'm Ramu, I bought the full game on Black Friday and I'm very satisfied with it, the problem is that when I play ranked games, it disconnects me in the race many times and I also lose rating points. I tried forward ports of my router, I tried without a firewall and played without Creew Chief and I cannot play the ranked games 50% of times, my internet connection is 600Mb fiber optic and it works correctly. Any advice to get to play online?

what is the ping on the servers you connect ?
avoid servers> 100ms

 

i play in EU servers with 50 ms

 

If it's only happening in ranked servers is it possible you're breaking the incident limit and getting disqualified?

I get that issue a lot. Very annoying. It doesnt happen in iRacing as much, or not at all.

Raceroom profile is a game file?
Something that I forgot to comment is that in the game below the names of the other drivers the system indicates a ping 1 before disconnecting and other times when trying to enter the race lobby it returns the message that there is no response from the server.

 

Im pretty sure he means a link to your online game profile. Like http://game.raceroom.com/users/YourProfileName

I have friends that also keep getting disconnected for no reason, only from ranked servers. Regular servers there's absolutely no problems.
I'm surprised it's taking this long to be solved(that is, if they are looking into it).

 

I also have this kind of problem. I have already reported both here on the forum and on Discord, and absolutely no developer has spoken out at least to say that they are checking.
Raceroom is and will always be a timeless beta full of patches

 

They should remove the loss of reputation penalty in cases of disconnection, it is being impossible for me to reach 75+ reputation because every time it disconnect me I lose 6 points

 

It will be abused.

I qualified on pole and was leading the race but made a silly mistake. Now, I'm going to finish last and my reputation rating will take a big hit.

However, if I just pull this cable.....

 

Well right now, the game is barely holding some players. Not fixing the current problems for those affected is worse than that "abuse".

I've got disconnected too, but unfortunately for me, I guess it's my 'Ping' (based on my location) that's caused it, as the server tells me it's over their limit. Is this set in the server? OTOH, I've had higher pings with other servers where I've successfully been able to join/finish a race. Never had similar issues though in all 3 other sims.

While at it, lately I've also been experiencing lags entering Car Setup, even in servers where I can successfully join/race. Not sure if it's related.

 

Similarly:
I have just successfully wrecked 3 people's race, I can pull the plug & come back & do it again without any penalty! LOL
