How can i see the incident points during an online race?
As in a race you are driving in? They will come up on your screen eg 2/30 where 2 is the points you have and 30 is the max for that session before dsq
Did i have to change something in the settings from raceroom, because i didn't get any message
And ofcourse i earned some points for leaving the track
In the options there are settings for what appears on the HUD, did you change any of that?
I use the otterhud
So do I. As far as I know incident points aren't on it yet. Enable essentials in the in game options and you should get the points shown.
Essentials is the name for it?
Sorry if i'm wrong, but my English is bad
Yes set it to "Essentials only"
Unfortunately some Data is missing in the API to show all needed Info in the the OtterHud.
Like Slow-Downs in seconds as example. Incidents are pretty new, so surely will be added somehow into the API.
Should only be in the API for the own Car, so you cant see others to maybe "force" a DSQ by a hit or something.
Just a suggestion regarding incident points in combination with Slow Down Penalty
Because a lot of people have stil problem with the way to handle with a slow down penalty
Now you get punishment when you leave the track.
So the game sees when you leave the track, then it must also be possible for the game to see when you return to the track.
If the total time that you have been outside the court adds to your time at the top of the times bar instead of giving out a slow-down penalty.
If necessary, can be set with an x factor
Provide that time with a clarification, so that I can see that someone is driving in front of me, but in the timeline behind me that I am driving virtually in front of him and do not have to take extra unnecessary risks to catch up with him / her.
I don't know if this is feasible, but it occurred to me on the basis of punishment for leaving the track
I see what you mean....maybe possible. I will ask.
Separate names with a comma.
