Problem install_flash_player_11_plugin.msi problem

hi i just downloaded the game and everythings downloaded but the flash player 11 its been on that download page for about 14 hours i dont know if its my internet or what but ive redownloaded it 2 times and it still wont work pls help

 

Did you run the games exe in admin mode?

 

ive tried verifieing the games cache files and it begins to download the flash player 11 but never finishes

 

i ran the RRRE as administrator but i cant find the games exe files

 

i figured out what it was it was pretty stupid on my part it was just that steam wasnt up to date
