Problem It won’t start pass the starting screen

the game won’t start after the small screen that says starting the game (the small picture when r3e launches).
It happened since yesterday even after 20 minuets nothing changed. In steam it says running!

Any idea what is happening?

 

Now it worked after almost 30 minutes. However, my fanatec csw v2 with formula rim rumbles badly and crazy after I reached 90 degree or so. It didn’t happen before or with assetto corsa! Anyone know what is happening?

it use to work fine, suddenly this weekend got this issue.

 

Just be careful with your wheelbase...within the last few weeks I've had some weird stuff happen..sometimes pedals (v3) are recognized sometimes not in raceroom.. sometimes I lose primary and secondary settings then mysteriously come back. Then about a week ago I turned the pc on after turning my v1 on . It showed neutral on the display for 20 seconds ,shook pretty hard now I can' turn the v1 on and believe it' pooched.. keep in mind it is older ..im going to buy a v2.5 this week and see what happens

 

This issue only happens with raceroom! Assetto Corsa works fine.
