Problem Kicked out from all servers after about 1 minute

Hi all friend,
I'm new on this sim, yesterday me and my friend, tried to join some online server. In game he can see me, but I can't see him, after about a minute he is kicked out from server. We tried a lot of different servers with several cars and tracks, but with same issue. We are both from Italy, and I don't understand why this error happens. Any help?

Does he get any error message when he gets kicked out? Is he on WiFi or cable connection?

No, no error message. WIFI connection

 

He could try:
Using a cable instead of WiFi
Disable antivirus and firewall for a short moment
Running the 32-bit version instead of the 64-bit version (or vice versa depending on wich on he uses at the moment)

Wifi is 99% likely to be the cause. If they can´t connect by cable then try switching from 2.4GHZ to 5GHZ modes (or the opposite) as there could be some type of interference (2.4ghz) or poor reception if the router is far from the computer (5ghz).

"I can see them but they don't see me" looks like a NAT problem to me, i.e. his connection rules are so strict that part of the important data cannot be transferred. I don't have any advice though, I'm not very good at stuff like that. You can look up "what is NAT type" or "set NAT type to open", that's what I would do.
