Bug Lap Timer during replays not working. Bug?

    ****EDIT**** simplified my post.
    Hi
    Attached is an image of a leaderboard lap.
    See the top of the image - you see the timer information - which does not show any times.
    The HUD shows the laptime of that lap.

    In replay of practice videos, the timer used to work (display best lap/current progress).
    It doesn't seem to be working anymore.

    Is this a bug?
