Sorry, but the Ningbo track still runs at 99% and 100% GPU despite having single monitor with a RTX 3090 and low graphics settings. Something is seriously wrong with this track optimization.

What does it have to do with this?

Art optimizations for Ningbo and Zhejiang (less memory consumption)

Correct, I don't understand why optimization was done, yet the track runs like hell...

    Was time progression on?

Tested CPU 25% - GPU 99% and smooth 145 fps at the highest settings.
    Seems okay to me.

Well, you also have the same problem of 99% GPU but I have a RTX 3090. Every other tracks are 60%-80% GPU for me, except for this track. Perhaps, it's my high resolution, 5120x1440 curved wide screen. Nonetheless, this tracks needs a ton more optimization.

I will check, I always play at 1x. I will see if I can find to "stop time progression" and see if it makes a difference.

For a DX 9 title, I'm surprised how graphics "hungry" this game can be sometimes. I can run iRacing or ACC at a solid 120 fps with almost maxed out settings but this game I have to keep everything near low... I still love it though!!

    That should be 0x

Sadly, changing it to 0x didn't improve the GPU / stuttering on the first long straight after the pits. Conclusion, Ningbo track badly needs optimization.

What framrate do you get? If your CPU isn't bottlenecking then the GPU will keep trying to create frames and then hit its maximum. It may be better to limit your FPS to allow the GPU some room to breathe.

99% of the time I get 120 FPS. Only on this track that things get real stuttery. I use vsync the frames are capped. My CPUs is very new and has a ton of cores.

In this game, only single core performance matters, by the way.

Have you tried Adaptive sync? If the stutter you see is because framerate dips below 120, Adaptive would make it less noticeable than traditional vSync.

Want to step in here as I'm pretty sure it's not on VFX Pro's side. It's the matter of an outstanding bad performing track. Curious if we'll find any vr user enjoying Ningbo without decreasing LODs n texture qualities at all.

The release of Silverstone track was quite similar bad performing compared to other tracks in vr and was patched soon.

Might also be such tracks like Ningbo n Zhejiang won't attract majority?
