Hi hopefully somebody can help resolve my issues, when ever I boot the game (completely fresh install) I seem to get stuck on a black screen for a large amount of time that eventually goes to a login screen however just seem to be on a 503 error hit try again and same again, I've ensured windows firewall isn't blocking the application, cant seem to find any information on what ports may need forwarding on my router either. Hi Kitsune yeah had no problems logging in via the website yesterday, just seemed to be an issue whilst connecting via the game :/
First thought would be firewall or router blocking connection especially as you can log in through the browser, maybe even AV. Try disabling your firewall and AV as a start, see if you can connect then.
