Problem Long Load time from Drive button to enter car

    Long Load time from Drive button to enter car.
    20sec and longer.
    when i play online i get kickt from server.

    win10 steam game
    i7-4790K on ASRock Z97X Killer
    16GB RAM
    SLI: GTX Geforce 970 windforce

    i already updated my drivers but that didn't change anything.
    when i start up my pc an start the game. an than pusch the DRIVE button i have no problem
    than i am direct on track.

    But when i first youse chome browser watch some youtube and than start up the game.
    it realy takes 20sec when i push The DRIVE button.
    the sound and pitlane schadow in the menu freesup an graphicscard load goes to 0%
