Seems to be a massive loss of grip since the last update? I struggle to make a lap now, have to tiptoe around?
Porsche endurance @ Donington & Brand Hatch GP, also dtm1992 BMW of top of my head, out at dinner at the mo, Wife telling me off for being on my phone!
No idea. There have been some global drivetrain updates. Sometimes there are unintended consequences. I always test with a fresh default setup for game updates and noticed no issues.
Ok thanks, tried that but didn't seem to make much difference, the back end lets go so easily, don't even have to be going that fast, Luffield T7 is bad...and don't even mention Copse T1 Hopefully they can sort out the issue?
Yeah it's still very loose, that is just a workaround. I've spoken with Alex and those cars received the updates to the differential that was applied globally. Unfortunately it didn't receive the updated setup to make it work properly with the new differential, that was accidental. This has now been sorted internally and the car will receive that update soon.
Diffs made more realistic by applying real world values based on data provided to physics dev. Some diffs are no longer adjustable again to mirror the real world cars.
That's great I'm really impressed with the technology and the process that is gone through, I guess that's why this is the best sim out there by far....IMO Love your work!
