Hi everyone, I’ve recently begun to have an issue with FPS & GPU, & I’m completely lost as to what the cause is. My rig is an AMD 9 3900xt 12x 3.80GHz | 64GB DDR4 | RTX 3080. During practice everything is normal. Graphics settings are maxed out, FPS is around 168, & the GPU is at 99%. But during a race, the GPU performance drops to around 50%, the FPS to around 60 - 70. I’ve tried everything to improve the GPU performance, but nothing works; it stays around 50% which is killing the game/performance; all this started around 3 weeks ago, for no apparent reason. This is the only sim, where this happens, & I play ACC; RF2, AMS2. Anyone else going through this? I’d be really thankful for some help; it’s a great sim, but at the moment it’s virtually unplayable.
My question was more , did this start happening after you installed latest driver, Any chance it was about 3 weeks ago ?
I would say yes, it did. Seems rather strange, that RRE is the only game that has been affected. I reinstalled driver/game, but to no avail; the problem persists.
