    Hi,

Yesterday due the outage of the RRE server I had to race some MP races in AC.

It's really a big difference in terms of race behaviour. In AC nearly everybody wants to win the race in the first
    corner

Also the cars jumping around. In one second a see a cars close in the mirror and in the next second it's
    far away.

This morning I had a couple wonderful MP races in RRE. All of them are great.
A lot of fun with different cars (mostly 1992 DTM).

It's a pitty that only so few people are online. :(
So from my point of view is RRE the big winner in terms of MP experience.

So big thx to Sector3 for this wonderfull racing sim.

Yes that´s true, but only on Public Server!
    I drive both Sims gladly.
In Assetto Corsa you need a Community with Password Server, ´cause at the Public Servers there are too many crash kiddis, thats right.
I don´t want to make advertising here, but I´m Admin at the Schwarzbierbude and there are always fair drivers.

In R3E there are Public Server too, but you need to buy every car by itself and thats it, because the crashkiddis don´t buy all the stuff.
And if you are on the Servers with free content you will see that there are soooo many crash guys like in Assetto Corsa.

I think if AC brings out the Dream Pack, there will also on public server with the DLC much less crashes.

I think I will give the Schwarzbude a try :)
I like the name and the beer

For my personal taste are to many GT cars in AC.
I prefer old cars: DTM92 , BMW Procar, Zakspeed , BMW 320 Turbo

Today I had a great race with the Aquila CR1 Sports GT. Thats a really funny car.

And in AC: Lotus 49,98, BMW E30 DTM , Ferrari 312 and the Shelby of course.

I've tried to put up a temporary patch to this trying to organize a series of PUB events.

At the moment Feb calendar is not updated since I'm not at home... but I'll be back soon so everything will be again in place!

It's a very idea and a good selection of cars, but that is 4 am in the morning in germany. Not a very popular time for me

Eheh! Indeed! That would be mainly for US users (I've tried to put up an EU calendar as well in the past but never recieved positive feedbacks on attendance or general comments). We have/had some EU hardcore pilots :) who attended a bunch of US races but definitely we'll add a few early afternoon (EU) appointments during the weekends as we've seen a pretty good participation from both countries... :D

If you manage to stay up late some time you should really give it a go.
Awesome races on those gatherings!! :D
I'm trying to attend at least once or twice a month, but I wish I would be able to participate on all of them!.. . :(

I did this night some MP test. Again some race in RRE and some in AC.
I figured out that races with old cars are much better then with GT / ADAC / DTM 2013/2014.

With new cars we have crashs very often, but with DTM 1992 everything is perfect.

Maybe it's difficult for the most people to control so much horsepower ?

Or people like the old cars so much that the dont want to crash them ;)

Why are NO MP races with Brand Hatch online ?
DTM 1992 in Brand Hatch in awesome.

I am mostly an SP player, but i've been playing DTM 92 in MP all this afternoon and i had tons of fun, very clean races in general, some nice battles side by side on Bathurst.

There seems to be less idiot drivers on R3E. I've enjoyed every single MP race and I have done lots. Most accidents are the results of hard racing. On the other hand, I can count on 2 fingers the number of decent races Ive had on AC. Either I just continually pick poor servers of there is just a lot of poor racing and sportsmanship on the public servers.

(methink) most of R3E pilots are fellows coming from THE ALMIGHTY GRANDPA (GTR2), hence gentlemen with good to high driving awareness, fair-play and respect for the other racers: never had a doubt a pub race here would have been 5k times better than a pub race in AC!

Well, I tend to get too excited and drive like poop in either game for multiplayer, so until i fix that it won't matter! Think i just need more experience with online races.

I have seen a lot of idiots in AC, but also in R3E!
The races are a lot cleaner in R3E from my experience though.

Doing Community races in AC is the solution, but you need a good community website for that.
Here one of the races (only the three of us) in AC, and one in R3E (part of it, 'till I messed up).
